You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security relating to your account, including, but not limited to, restricting access to the device you use the Service from. Your account is personal and must not be shared with others. All activity or actions that occur after logging in to the Service are your responsibility.

We will continually seek to develop and improve the Service. The Service's functionality, content, and these Terms may therefore change without prior notice. By using the Service, you accept such changes.

As part of our work to deliver, operate, improve, and further develop the Service, you consent to our using data you have generated for the purpose of administering and operating the Service. If you do not yourself hold the necessary rights to the data, you warrant that the rights holder accepts that we have this right. If we discover content that may breach someone’s rights, we reserve the right to remove that content.

If you are younger than 15, you cannot use Hudd. The reason is that an active Vipps account is required to use Hudd, and the age limit there is 15.

Hudd maintains the Service, and in connection with this there may be instances where the Service is wholly or partly unavailable. Where practically possible, we will give notice of such downtime in advance. You accept that the Service may have faults affecting functionality and availability. Hudd will seek to correct such faults without undue delay.

The Service and its content, documentation, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hudd and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, any trademark registration, and other mechanisms in both Norway and foreign countries. By creating a user account, you have a licence to use the Service limited to and in accordance with the Service’s purpose as defined by us at any given time.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Hudd.

Hudd has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, security mechanisms, level of protection, problems, faults, etc., of any third-party websites or services. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the terms and privacy policy of any such third-party websites or services you visit.

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate or suspend your access to the Service. This may occur, for example, if in our judgement you have breached these Terms, the acceptable use policy, or where it is otherwise deemed necessary to maintain the security or integrity of the Service, or is otherwise deemed necessary in the interest of the Service or other users. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time without prior notice.

Under no circumstances shall Hudd or any of its representatives be liable for direct or indirect loss. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profit, unauthorised use of the Service or your user account, loss of data, or other intangible losses arising from the Service or your use of the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Service, the new or amended Terms are deemed accepted.

This agreement is governed by Norwegian law, and to the extent it may be agreed, the parties accept Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) as their legal venue.
